Changes: simplified from 3,998,642 to 139,952 triangles; converted from OBJ to Blender/glTF; neutral aluminium material; display orientation and datum changed; source coordinate units assumed millimetres (physical size not independently verified). The workpiece is a motorcycle crankcase half, not a complete engine block. No endorsement by Artec or the equipment manufacturers is implied. Robot: UFACTORY xArm6 / xarm6_1305 official link geometry. Copyright 2018 UFACTORY Inc. BSD 3-Clause License. Geometry is not recentered. Other equipment exteriors are original simplified dimension-led models. No FAIRINO or confidential SGM geometry is included. No manufacturer endorsement is implied. See THREE-LICENSE.txt. R3 changes: compact original camera/ring mounting, supported 120mm riser, moved work and robot base, horizontal side and top XY raster paths. No changes to licensed work mesh shape or official robot link geometry. R4 presentation changes: simplified interactive showcase, lighting and one official HITOMI VISION logo decal on the upper-arm casing. Exact logo source: existing public/images/logo.png; copyright HITOMI. Original OEM geometry retained. Assembly and motion remain R3. R5 presentation changes: sensor-aspect live CG inspection view, rigid lens-TCP camera, nominal-WD frustum, depth-tested visible work footprint and interaction guidance. No physical equipment/motion geometry changes. See README for pinhole/optical-position approximations. R5 display-rate adjustment: inspection inset now holds one acquired CG image for each0.5-second display-time interval; current-pose frustum/depth footprint remain continuous. No geometry, physical optics, joint path or logo changes. R5 large-window revision: requested product heading/subtitle, repositioned and enlarged inset, shared CG cast-aluminium finish. Original work mesh/normals/defects and physical dimensions unchanged. Lighting/reflection are not calibrated camera photometry. R6 surface-only publication (2026-10-09) Only validated exposure poses and same-face Cartesian inspection raster segments acquire images. Approach, reorientation, retreat and return hold the last valid image, frame color, result, count and history. The rigid-camera model must satisfy1mm Cartesian position/WD and0.1deg optical orientation tolerances relative to the planned face. These are CG verification conditions, not hardware calibration. Green/red frames, OK/NG labels and per-image history are a deterministic presentation demo. At actual image count N, NG count equals round(N*0.05). The verified cycles acquired26 images each:25 OK and1 NG (96.15%/3.85%, nearest whole-image approximation to95%/5%). This is not image analysis, measured defect data or inspection accuracy. Physical geometry,20-second motion, optics and licensed assets remain unchanged from R5. R6 approved publication. R7 approved publication: the housing front overlap is removed, leaving the existing front diffuser plane and bezel dimensions. The diffuser is shown as constant white emission without capture flashes. Geometry, assembly, optical parameters, path and result-demo logic outside this light appearance change are retained. Emission is an appearance choice, not calibrated physical lighting.
